  • Apply established instructional design methodologies, templates, and standards to produce high-quality learning content.
  • Develop in-system training exercises to support instructor-led learning.

  • Review and update training materials based on stakeholder feedback and evolving project requirements.
  • Contribute to change management initiatives that support large-scale technology transformation projects.

  • Advanced proficiency with instructional design software and eLearning development tools.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong instructional design experience developing both instructor-led and online learning programs.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to quickly learn technical concepts and synthesize information from multiple sources.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • Comfortable presenting to groups and facilitating training sessions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PROSCI Certification.
  • Certificate or Diploma in Instructional Design or Adult Education.
  • Experience supporting enterprise technology implementation projects.
  • Experience with distribution control systems or utility operations.
  • Experience working within large, complex organizations.

Work Environment

  • Hybrid work arrangement based out of the Fraser Valley office.
  • Opportunity to contribute to a major utility technology transformation project.
  • Collaborative environment working with change management professionals, project teams, technical experts, and business stakeholders.
  • Play a key role in preparing employees for the successful implementation of a modern Advanced Distribution Management System.
