Clearview Co-op is hiring a permanent full-time IT & Systems Support - Programmer to work out of our Head Office in Steinbach, Manitoba.

What You Would Do:

As part of our team, you’ll represent our brand “You’re at Home Here”, by delivering friendly, positive, and professional experience to all customers, visitors, suppliers, and team members. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Programming and Development: Write, modify, and test/troubleshoot code for custom internal applications. Document and track software requirements and timelines. Create SOPs for users.
  • IT Support and Helpdesk: Provide day-to-day technical support to users by troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system issues. Manage and track IT support requests through the ticketing system.
  • System Maintenance: Configure and deploy system assets such as computers, laptops, servers, custom applications. Monitor and maintain patching of system assets.
  • Assist with the implementation, testing, and deployment of new hardware, software, and technology solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and system reports.
  • Train and support end users on the effective and secure use of technology and custom applications.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations to support current and future business needs.
  • Work collaboratively with team members while maintaining a high standard of professionalism, integrity, and customer service.
