Oakridge Landscape Contractors is seeking a skilled Backhoe Operator who takes pride in precision work and thrives in a team-oriented environment. Title: Backhoe Operator.
Location: 340 Regional Road 20, Hamilton, ON.
Pay: $24-26.00 per hour (based on experience).

Job Duties:

Safely operate backhoe equipment at both the soil production facility and construction sites.
Assist in producing soil blends and maintaining soil and blending material inventory.
Transport and route soil inventory as needed.
Support general vehicle and equipment maintenance.
Work collaboratively with the team to meet production and construction timelines.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
Proven experience operating a backhoe.
Ability to perform physical labour as part of daily responsibilities.
Willingness and flexibility to work weekends as required.
Strong teamwork skills and a positive, reliable work ethic.
