A service focused approach and willingness to work additional hours as needed to meet deadlines. Clear ability to work individually and as part of a team. A willingness to support the team as required and work in a collaborative manner. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel and can easily analyze and create basic formulas. Previous experience with Microsoft D365 is an asset but not mandatory

Responsibilities :
- Review clients contracts / agreements and purchase orders to ensure the end results will be fully functional projects in our ERP system.
- Ensure project creation and modifications comply with company-directed standards.
- Assist and provide backup support to accounting staff and auditors.
- Prepare and maintain accounting files, records, and reports.
