Job description

– Retail Construction
Full-Time | Bolton, Ontario | Build iconic spaces for leading retail brands

We’re looking for a detail-driven, proactive, and energetic Project Coordinator ready to make an impact in the fast-paced world of retail construction. In this role, you’ll work hand-in-hand with experienced Project Managers to bring high-profile retail build-outs to life—from first sketches to final walkthrough.

If you thrive on keeping projects moving, solving problems on the fly, and making sure no detail slips through the cracks, this is your chance to step into a role where your organization skills and construction know-how will shine.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist the Project Manager with all phases of retail construction projects, from estimates and bids to schedules, site coordination, and close-out.

  • Liaise with site supervisors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

  • Manage documentation, invoicing, cost tracking, and Health & Safety requirements.

What You Bring

  • Diploma/degree in Construction Project Management, Architectural Technologies, or related field.

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to travel when required.

What's great about this role
You’ll be part of a team that delivers for major retail brands—where your contributions directly impact how projects come together on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. This is a fantastic career step if you want to grow in the construction industry, gain hands-on experience, and work with supportive professionals who value initiative.

Ready to build something great? Apply today and let’s talk about how this could be your next big move.
