Looking for a steady day-shift role with a reliable fleet and consistent work? At Wessuc, you’ll join a family-owned company that values its people and supports safe, efficient operations across a diverse range of equipment.

About the Role

We’re looking for a licensed 310T Diesel Mechanic to support our company-owned fleet on a straight day shift. This role focuses on preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and minimizing downtime across a diverse range of equipment. You will:

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues;
Perform preventative maintenance and annual safety inspections;
Identify and address issues before they become major failures;
Prioritize repairs to support daily operations;
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop.

You’ll gain experience on a wide range of equipment, including vacuum trucks, highway trucks and tractors, trailers and light-duty vehicles, and agricultural equipment, pumps, and engines.

About You

Valid 310T Truck and Coach Technician license;
Strong diagnostic ability across mechanical and electrical systems;
Comfortable working independently and managing priorities;
Reliable, safety-focused, and takes pride in quality work;
Fleet maintenance experience is an asset.
