Job description

Education

•High School Diploma • Minimum 1 year of brazing experience • Proficient at repairs and troubleshooting • Able to read blueprints and assembly drawings • Able to lift 30 lbs • Knowledge of various hand and power tools Duties / Responsibilities
  • Assembling custom equipment using hand tools under minimum direction from Supervisor
  • Correctly read and interpret assembly drawings and piping and instrumentation diagrams
  • Effectively set up a workstation and assemble product within expected times while minimizing scrap and rework
  • Effectively braze and fit pipe together based on assembly drawings
  • Effectively insulates equipment on custom units
  • Comply with all safety regulations and work in a safe manner
  • Maintain mechanical equipment in the department
