Our client is are hiring for an existent vacancy, seeking a proactive eCommerce Specialist, DTC (Shopify) to lead the launch and operation of our company website as a direct-to-consumer sales channel. This role will drive online sales, optimize the customer experience, and coordinate marketing, logistics, and customer service efforts to ensure smooth website operations and measurable growth. The ideal candidate combines e-commerce expertise with data-driven decision-making and a strong understanding of digital marketing.

Job Requirements:
- Bring at least 3 years of experience in DTC ecommerce, including hands-on work with Shopify.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal
- Data analysis for sales and traffic trends
- Marketing planning and execution (online campaign)
- Basic product photography, copywriting, or content creation is a plus
- Strong logical thinking and ability to execute independently
- Strong problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
- Basic proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical, review, and summarization skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse customer needs and technical environments
- Experience in the consumer electronics industry is an asset.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Store Management & Optimization
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Shopify store (product listings, pricing, inventory, collections)
- Optimize website UX/UI, navigation, and conversion funnels
- Monitor site performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with developers when needed
Product & Merchandising
- Upload and maintain product pages (images, descriptions, SEO)
- Develop merchandising strategies to increase AOV (Average Order Value)
- Create and manage promotions, bundles, and seasonal campaigns
Performance & Analytics
- Track KPIs: conversion rate, AOV, CAC, ROAS, revenue
- Use tools like Google Analytics and Shopify analytics dashboards
- Generate reports and actionable insights to improve performance
Marketing & Growth
- Collaborate on paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- Execute email and SMS campaigns using platforms like Klaviyo
- Support SEO and content strategies to drive organic traffic
Customer Experience
- Ensure smooth checkout and post-purchase experience
- Work with customer service teams to resolve issues and improve satisfaction
- Implement CRO (conversion rate optimization) best practices
