Experience working with major retailers or companies with diverse products and points of sale. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with ecommerce platforms and technologies. Knowledge of agile methodologies is a plus.
Position Title : Senior Ecommerce Business Analyst
Location : Etobicoke (Hybrid – 1-2 days per week)
Duration : 6 months (extendable)
Job Description : We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Ecommerce Business Analyst to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scoping and implementing ecommerce projects where there are multiple stakeholders and business groups that make up the Ecommerce offering.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct detailed analysis of current business processes and workflows related to ecommerce.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance the ecommerce platform.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure that solutions meet business needs and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Document requirements, functional specifications, and process maps for ecommerce projects.
- Provide expertise and guidance on ecommerce best practices and industry trends.
