Junior Amazon Store Operation Associate - Chinese Language Must

• Set up and launch new product listing on Amazon weekly
• Amazon store daily operation including creating listings, uploading product photos, maintaining an active catalog of items, account health, logistics, and returns
• Quality control: An inspection prior to shipping such as product packages, labels and so on
• Optimize Amazon product listings by following up keywords, content, reviews, and Q&A. Analyzes all the data on the Amazon marketplace.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• At least 3 years Amazon online store experience
• Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central experience preferred
• Bachelor’s / college degree in Business / eCommerce / Operations / OR passion for business / Amazon / eComm capabilities
• Mandarin or Cantonese is a must
