eCommerce Operations Specialist
Overview :
The eCommerce Operations Specialist will play a key role in the digital transformation with our client. You will provide valuable support and UAT during the project build and launch, training and support for a wide range of users and manage day-to-day activities as well as managing ad hoc projects.
The ideal candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented and used to managing projects and meeting deadlines. You are comfortable learning new applications and prioritizing work effectively. Acting as an “eCommerce evangelist”, you will support a wide range of stakeholders with support and training with the goal of driving a best-in-class ecommerce experience.
Responsibilities :
- Become the internal expert on the backend systems for our eCommerce platform - able to make changes to our taxonomy and our PIM when required
- Manage digital assets within a PIM
- Provide end-user support to users, both external customers and internal groups such as sales, on all areas of the website from technical issues such as bugs to user-related issued like password resets
- Train the sales team on how to support their customers to drive customer engagement and adoption of online ordering
- Handle ad-hoc requests on site issues
- Troubleshoot potential bugs
- Perform QA on fixes
- Review product titles, descriptions, categorization, and keywords to ensure they meet established guidelines
- Manage promotional campaigns, banners and landing pages to meet stakeholder timelines while maintaining ecommerce best practices
- Inspecting the end-to-end customer journey and shopping funnel (landing pages and checkout options), to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use
- Regular monitoring and auditing customer journey to ensure product listings and landing pages are maintained and updated
- Assist in the design and execution of projects and technical enhancements to accomplish best in class customer experiences
