Position Overview
The ITS Assistant Manager is a senior technical contributor and delivery lead responsible for enterprise data and analytics, IT operations security, platform reliability, and complex system integrations, including Magento eCommerce and ERP platforms. This role bridges strategy and execution — driving technical solutions, enforcing security and operational standards, and ensuring scalable, resilient systems aligned with business growth.
The successful candidate brings deep technical understanding, strong project execution skills, and the ability to operate across infrastructure, applications, data, and security domains.
Responsibilities
Data & Analytics Engineering
- Design, support, and optimize enterprise data pipelines, reporting architectures, and analytics platforms
- Ensure data integrity, lineage, and governance across ERP, eCommerce, and downstream reporting systems
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards, KPIs, and analytical models to support business decision-making
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical data solutions
- Support ETL / ELT processes, data reconciliation, and performance optimization
IT Operations & Security Engineering
Support and enhance IT operations frameworks to ensure system availability, performance, and resilienceImplement and maintain security controls, including access management, logging, monitoring, and vulnerability remediationSupport IAM, least‑privilege enforcement, and role‑based access controlsParticipate in incident response, root cause analysis, and remediation planningSupport internal and external audits, security assessments, and compliance initiativesContribute to IT policies, standards, and operational documentationIT Project & Delivery Management
Lead and support complex, multi‑system IT initiatives involving ERP, eCommerce, integrations, and data platformsOwn technical planning, risk identification, dependency management, and execution trackingCoordinate internal teams, third‑party vendors, and service providersManage technical documentation, change management, and deployment readinessEnsure projects align with architectural standards, security requirements, and operational best practiceseCommerce Platform (Magento) Operations
Own technical oversight of Magento platform operations, performance, and stabilitySupport deployments, upgrades, patching, and third‑party extensionsOversee integrations with ERP, payment gateways, logistics, CRM, and analytics platformsMonitor application performance, error logging, and transaction flowsSupport incident resolution related to order processing, pricing, inventory, and customer experienceERP Systems & Integrations
Provide technical leadership for ERP system support, enhancements, and integrationsSupport configuration changes, testing cycles, and release managementEnsure data consistency and transactional integrity between ERP, Magento, and peripheral systemsSupport API‑based and middleware‑driven integrationsPartner with business teams to optimize ERP‑driven workflows and controlsQualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline5–8 years of progressive IT experience across enterprise systems, platforms, or operationsStrong experience in data analytics, reporting platforms, or data engineering conceptsProven experience supporting IT security controls, operational monitoring, and incident responseHands‑on experience with Magento (Adobe Commerce) operationsExperience supporting or administering ERP systems (e.g., finance, supply chain, manufacturing modules)Solid understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, and data flowsDemonstrated experience delivering complex IT projectsTechnical Skills & Knowledge
