Job descriptionAssist with the development of social media campaigns to drive awareness, traffic, and sales on e-commerce platforms. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms that align with the luxury brand image. Contribute to paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads to drive targeted traffic. Work on email marketing initiatives to nurture customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and conversion rates. Provide actionable insights to improve both digital marketing and e-commerce performance. Other duties as assigned. Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or social. Expertise in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite). Understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising. Creative and analytical mindset with a proven track record of driving engagement and online sales. Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, with a collaborative mindset. Passion for luxury retail and delivering a high-end digital experience.

Role Overview :
As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will contribute to crafting and executing strategies that elevate our digital presence. You will combine e-commerce expertise with creative and impactful social media initiatives. Your goal will be to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions while ensuring that the online experience reflects our brand's appeal.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience, grow our online community, and integrate innovative social media and e-commerce technologies into our strategy.
