Job description

Our client in the manufacturing space is seeking a contract based Project Manager to work on their Salesforce implementation including integrations with CRM and SAP.

Responsibilities :

  • CRM Implementation Leadership : Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce CRM in an ERP-integrated eCommerce environment.
  • ERP & CRM Integration : Ensure smooth data flow between ERP and Salesforce CRM , understanding how the systems interact and affect business processes.
  • Stakeholder Management : Work closely with senior stakeholders, challenging assumptions, pushing back when necessary, and keeping all teams aligned .
  • Process Optimization : Identify inefficiencies in current sales, order management, and customer engagement processes, leveraging Salesforce CRM solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with eCommerce, Sales, IT, and ERP teams to ensure seamless CRM adoption and integration.
  • Risk & Issue Management : Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to CRM implementation, ERP interactions, and business operations.
  • Project Execution : Drive timelines, budgets, and scope for Salesforce implementation and ERP integration projects , ensuring successful delivery.
  • Change Management : Support end-user adoption by working with business units on training, communication, and process transformation.

Requirements :

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager in CRM and eCommerce projects.
  • Strong Salesforce expertise , including experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud .
  • CRM-ERP integration experience , preferably with SAP or other major ERP platforms.
  • Experience leading complex enterprise projects involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, and business units.
  • Understanding of eCommerce platforms, customer engagement workflows, and order management processes .
  • Strong experience in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
  • Ability to translate technical details into business terms for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with SAP ERP in the context of CRM and eCommerce .
  • Background in Salesforce architecture, data migration, and integrations .
  • Understanding of eCommerce ecosystems, including payment processing, supply chain, and customer engagement .
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Project Manager) are a plus.
