Amazon eCommerce Specialist

Robert Half is looking for an Amazon eCommerce Specialist for a 6-month remote contract opportunity. The Amazon eCommerce Specialist focuses on enhancing our client's presence on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms, driving sales growth, and ensuring their digital content is competitive and engaging. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product visibility and optimize online strategies within the manufacturing industry.Responsibilities : Analyze and create competitive charts for the Canadian Amazon product assortment, following established structures.Regularly review and update Amazon product pages to identify gaps and opportunities in key categories.Conduct audits of competitor A+ content, including videos, images, and written materials, to enhance our own content strategy.Collaborate with creative teams to design and implement updated content, ensuring it is effectively uploaded to relevant platforms.Monitor and manage content using Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Salsify and internal image banks.Develop strategies to improve product visibility and sales performance on Amazon and other retailer systems.Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align e-commerce initiatives with broader business goals.Utilize tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create visually appealing content for digital platforms.Provide insights on digital trends and opportunities to maintain competitiveness in the e-commerce space.Ensure compliance with best practices for online content deployment and management.Bachelor's degree in Business, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.Proven experience working within an e-commerce or digital marketing team, with a focus on web content development.Proficiency in using Content Management Systems, such as Salsify or similar platforms.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Experience with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator and Microsoft Office applications.Familiarity with deploying content on retailer systems like Amazon Vendor Central or WebCollage.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for developing competitive and engaging digital content.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
