We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to design and build scalable solutions that support key business needs.

In this role, you will:

• Design and build Salesforce solutions that support real business needs and project goals

• Contribute to technical design conversations and produce clear, practical solution documentation

• Develop, test, and document custom features, integrations, and data migrations in Salesforce

• Diagnose application issues independently, recommend fixes, implement solutions, and communicate outcomes and impact

• Support end users by troubleshooting and resolving Salesforce-related issues

• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and encourage sensible design patterns

• Break work into clear tasks and provide realistic effort estimates

• Assess third-party tools and platforms and make thoughtful build-vs-buy recommendations

• Keep up with Salesforce releases, platform updates, and AppExchange offerings to improve existing solutions

• Configure and administer Salesforce using established best practices

• Build working knowledge of the company’s products, services, and underlying technologies

• 8+ years working hands-on with Salesforce, covering both development and admin responsibilities

• Extensive experience building with LWC, Aura, Visualforce, and Apex (triggers, classes, controllers)

• Comfortable designing and integrating REST and SOAP APIs

• Strong grounding in application architecture and design, with an emphasis on scalable, maintainable solutions

• Habitual unit tester with an eye for detail; familiar with Salesforce best practices, release cycles, and platform upgrades

• Salesforce Platform Developer and/or Administrator certifications are a bonus

• Experience with modern DevOps workflows, including CI/CD pipelines and GitHub

• Clear communicator who works well both independently and within cross-functional teams

• Fast learner with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
