As the Director of MyTELUS Digital Experiences, you'll lead the technical strategy and development of our My TELUS App and Web experiences, serving millions of customers monthly. In this high-impact leadership role, you'll define and execute the strategic vision for MyTELUS, leading a technical delivery team of specialists to build frictionless, intuitive, and personalized customer experiences. You will be a key member of our Sales Experience Engineering leadership team, collaborating closely with peers across Product, Operations, Marketing, and the broader CIO organization to ensure our platforms not only meet today's needs, but are built for what's next.

What you'll do
You'll lead technological innovation and oversee multiple engineering teams; Align technical initiatives with customer experience and business objectives; Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to achieve Engineering Excellence; Build high-performing teams and foster a culture of innovation; Balance strategic planning with agile delivery.
Engineering excellence and strategic leadership :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technical vision for TELUS's digital platforms
- Drive innovation by implementing emerging technologies and methodologies
- Provide senior-level guidance on best practices and architectural standards
- Oversee project portfolios and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in development processes
- Collaborate with Product groups to support a digital roadmap
- Partner with executives to align engineering efforts with business goals
- Establish partnerships with various communities of practice

Salary Range : $145,000-$217,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan : 30%
