We are actively seeking individuals who are eager to develop their skills, take on new challenges, and advance their careers within our organization.
We are looking for a Project Engineer or Engineer in Training to join and grow our dynamic Infrastructure team in Calgary and Edmonton. You will work closely with our local teams of professionals, in a variety of functions, delivering projects including municipal infrastructure, roadway and drainage designs for both our public and private sector clients.
You will have the opportunity to take part in our hybrid work model which includes flexible work hours, working from home and in any of our offices in Calgary or Edmonton.

- Support with preparation of construction cost estimates.
- Prepare technical specifications, engineering memoranda, and permit / approval applications, ensuring documentation is accurate and compliant with municipal and provincial standards.
- Liaise directly with clients, municipalities, government agencies, and regulatory authorities to address project-specific requirements, coordinate approvals, and advocate for project objectives.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents and procurement packages and support the tendering process by responding to contractor inquiries, preparing addenda, and reviewing bids.
- Perform contract administration tasks and support post-construction activities
