What Youll Bring :

• Education : Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or related field; MBA or certifications an asset.
• Experience : 7 years in Product Management Operations or related disciplines; financial services experience preferred.
• Agile Expertise : Knowledge of Scrum SAFe Lean; ability to integrate PDLC with Agile practices.
• Leadership : Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead change.
• Presentation Skills : Advanced ability to craft and deliver executive-level presentations.
• Analytical Skills : Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.

Impact Youll Make :

As the Senior Advisor Product Operations & Strategy you will be reporting to the Director Product Management and working closely with the Canada Solutions Leadership team to accelerate delivery and improve decision velocity for the Solutions team. By operationalizing the department management system embedding a modern Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) and optimizing reporting you will ensure transparency compliance and alignment across the Canada Solutions team and TransUnion Canada. Your work will enable faster concept-to-commercialization and provide leadership with timely actionable insights that drive informed decisions.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
