Job Title : Data Entry

Daily Responsibilities :

A typical day for this role can have the candidate using different applications and tools to verify, validate, and process requests that come through various channels such as emails, forms application, etc. This role is a mix of admin work and processing. Certain volumes and queues have different SLA expectations then others and candidate is expected to become comfortable with being able to prioritize which to work on accordingly once fully trained.

Must Have skills :

• Post-Secondary Education Ideal (College / University)
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
• Ability to work well and maintain composure under pressure
• Ability to work well with a team or independently
• years of job-related experience (Nice to have)
• Advanced experience with Excel and Access Database, experience with data manipulation.
• Financial Knowledge / Wealth Management is also a nice to have (not a full need)
