Use accounts payable expertise and analytics to support data entry and records management within a collaborative team environment. Maintain accurate financial documentation while supporting payment processes.

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will support the accounts payable program through organized records management and careful transaction processing. The work includes entering vouchers, invoices, bills, and expenses. You will also assist vendors, subcontractors, and internal inquiries regarding payments and check status.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter accounts payable vouchers, invoices, bills, and expenses
Maintain organized accounts payable records and files
Match invoices, purchase orders, and receivers before payment distribution
Support check running activities and weekly auditing deadlines
Respond to vendor, subcontractor, and payment status inquiries

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required
Two or more years of accounts payable experience required
High attention to detail and strong organization skills
Developing analytical and investigation skills
