Our client, a top banking client in Canada is looking to hire Data Entry Clerk for their team with a contract for 3 Months (Onsite) with potential extension.
Typical Day in Role :
Ensure data accuracy and integrity of employee records and position management
- changes through established internal control mechanisms
- Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his / her respective areas in
- accordance with Scotiabank's Values, its Code of Conduct and the Global Sales
- Principles, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day
- business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance,
- AML / ATF / sanctions and conduct risk.

- Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day to
- day activities and decisions
- Record, maintain and send employee paper files to third party vendor for storage facility
- Respond to administrative inquiries related to record management and vendor solutions.
- Manage and maintain sensitive and confidential information, ensuring it is handled
- securely and in compliance with the organization's policies and procedures.
- Seeks opportunities to improve operational effectiveness and propose recommendations
to leadership
Candidate Requirements / Must-Have skills :
2-4 years experience with Data EntryIntermediate experience with ExcelPrior administration experience
Nice to Have :
Prior project coordinating exposure an assetBilingual French / English an asset
Soft Skills :
High attention to detail and ability to stay organized with high volume work load.Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Education / Experience :
Post-secondary or relevant work experience
