Our client, a top banking client in Canada is looking to hire
Data Entry Clerk for their team with a contract for
3 Months (Onsite) with potential extension.
Typical Day in Role: - Ensure data accuracy and integrity of employee records and position management
- changes through established internal control mechanisms
- Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas in
- accordance with Scotiabank's Values, its Code of Conduct and the Global Sales
- Principles, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day
- business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance,
- AML/ATF/sanctions and conduct risk.
- Champions a high performance environment and contributes to an inclusive work
- environment
- Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day to
- day activities and decisions
- Record, maintain and send employee paper files to third party vendor for storage facility
- Respond to administrative inquiries related to record management and vendor solutions.
- Manage and maintain sensitive and confidential information, ensuring it is handled
- securely and in compliance with the organization's policies and procedures.
- Seeks opportunities to improve operational effectiveness and propose recommendations
- to leadership
Candidate Requirements/Must-Have skills: - 2-4 years experience with Data Entry
- Intermediate experience with Excel
- Prior administration experience
Nice to Have: - Prior project coordinating exposure an asset
- Bilingual French/English an asset
Soft Skills: - High attention to detail and ability to stay organized with high volume work load.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Education/Experience: - Post-secondary or relevant work experience
