What you will be doing: As a Breakfast Cook at Baci Ristorante, you’ll be an essential part of delivering the first and most important meal of the day—crafted with care, consistency, and attention to detail.

Working in our bright, open-concept kitchen, you’ll prepare delicious breakfast offerings that set the tone for our guests’ experience, whether they’re hotel guests or local diners starting their day with us. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing and cooking breakfast menu items with accuracy, efficiency, and presentation in line with Baci’s standards Performing opening duties and morning prep to ensure a smooth and timely service Learning and mastering the details of our breakfast offerings to ensure consistency and quality Minimizing waste and ensuring efficient use of ingredients and supplies Maintaining a high level of cleanliness, organization, and food safety in all areas of the kitchen Ensuring proper care, maintenance, and cleanliness of kitchen equipment and tools Communicating effectively with the kitchen team to support smooth operations Taking direction from the Director of Food & Beverage and supporting overall kitchen goals Using sound judgment and leadership skills in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment Contributing to a positive and respectful team culture while helping drive continual improvement Playing a key role in creating extraordinary experiences for our guests—one breakfast at a time Performing additional duties as assigned to support the culinary team This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in the early hours, loves a well-run kitchen, and takes pride in creating high-quality dishes that make a lasting impression.
