About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Product Management team. Reporting to the Director, Product, you’ll be driving strategy, discovery, and delivery across key domains such as clinical, culinary and procurement outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Own product strategy and roadmap for assigned domain area, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and resource constraints
  • Conduct deep customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis.
  • Define product requirements, success metrics, and business outcomes.
  • Partner closely with Product Owners, UX, Engineering, Sales, CX, and SMEs.
  • Ensure alignment between commercial strategy and product priorities.
  • Lead go to market readiness and collaborate with Marketing and Sales enablement.
  • Knowledge of product lifecycle, design thinking, and roadmapping/prioritization tools (e.g., value vs. effort, this-or-that analysis).

What You Bring

  • 3–7 years in product management, ideally in SaaS or healthcare tech.
  • A strong educational background in Computer Science or Business Administration is valued, but we also recognize that talent comes from many paths. If you have a strong background in product management, we want to hear from you.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
  • Experience operating in multiproduct, fast-growing environments.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, design, product, and customer-facing team
  • Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally; valid passport with no travel restrictions (Canada/USA; Vietnam if required)

Compensation: $80,000–$120,000 USD per year; $85,000-$125,000 CAD per year

This role requires working onsite in our Dallas or Cambridge office two days per week.
