Position: Financial Controller

Responsibilities
- Accounting Supervision: Lead the team, manage month-end closures, and produce consolidated financial statements.
- Project Management: Oversee budget tracking and financial performance analysis for construction sites.
- Optimization: Improve internal processes and participate in the implementation of current systems.
- Compliance: Coordinate annual audits and ensure compliance with tax and accounting standards.
- Strategic Vision: Support company growth by collaborating with management to influence business decisions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting + CPA designation.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel.
- Rigorous with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of ERP-type systems.
- Excellent ability to collaborate effectively within a team in a dynamic and demanding environment.
- Bilingualism, both oral and written (French/English).

*As the company conducts a significant portion of its activities outside of Quebec, the incumbent will be required to communicate regularly with English-speaking stakeholders. Therefore, proficiency in English (both oral and written) is an essential requirement.
