Au moins 5 ans d'exprience en tant que coordinateur RH / services RH partags prfrable Exprience dans le traitement des demandes des employs et les processus RH Exprience avec les systmes HRIS (BambooHR, ADP, SAP, etc.) considre comme un atout Couverture soins de sant et dentaire ds le premier jour ! Employee relations : act as the first point of contact and resource for manufacturing employees (front-line) on HR related issues Carry out the administrative management of employee files and workplace accident files, in collaboration with the occupational health and safety coordinator. Support the HR team with various administrative tasks and projects. Support recruiting efforts Provide education on HR policies and procedures. Help resolve employee relations issues and support conflict resolution efforts Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with local and global standards Contribute to HR reporting, metrics, and continuous improvement projects Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory HR requirements Diploma or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum 5 years of HR coordinator / HR shared services experience preferred Experience supporting employee inquiries and HR processes Experience with HRIS systems (BambooHR, ADP, SAP, etc.) considered an asset Health & Dental from day 1! Nous recherchons une personne qui jouera un rle cl dans la coordination des diffrentes oprations RH et des services aux employs pour notre quipe de production, notamment la gestion des performances, le recrutement, la mise en uvre de la politique RH et la coordination quotidienne des relations avec les employs. Veuillez noter qu'il s'agit d'un poste sur site.
- Relations avec les employs : tre le premier point de contact et la premire ressource pour les employs de la production (en premire ligne) sur les questions lies aux ressources humaines.
- Assurer la gestion administrative des dossiers des employs et des dossiers d'accidents du travail, en collaboration avec le coordinateur de la sant et de la scurit au travail.
- Soutenir l'quipe des ressources humaines dans diverses tches administratives et projets.
- Soutenir les efforts de recrutement.
- Fournir une formation sur les politiques et procdures RH.
- Aider rsoudre les problmes lis aux relations avec les employs et soutenir les efforts de rsolution des conflits.
- Tenir jour des dossiers prcis sur les employs et la documentation RH, conformment aux normes locales et mondiales.
- Contribuer aux rapports RH, aux mesures et aux projets d'amlioration continue.
- Veiller au respect de toutes les exigences lgales et rglementaires en matire de RH.

We're looking for someone who will play a key role in coordinating various HR operations and employee services for our manufacturing team, including performance management, recruiting, HR policy implementation and day to day coordination of employee relations. Please note this is an on-site role.
