Role: Technical Systems Engineer
Location: Toronto, ON
Duration: 6+ Months

Must Haves:

7+ years experience with regulatory standards and requirements including recent building code, multi-jurisdictional transportation regulatory requirement for technology, AODA (Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act), TSSA (Technical Standards & Safety Authority) safety regulations including elevating devices, adopting technical codes, CSA/ASC like B44 (Safety Code for Elevators).
7+ years completed implementations of at least 3 large sites with control systems including at least 500 distributed control points
7+ years reviews for compliance and development of specification of standards including 3rd party monitoring, support and operations across multiple remote sites that were integrated including communication, access control, surveillance, two-way communications (eg. Intercoms, Radio, VOIP, AFIL ), networking, etc.
7+ years implemented at least 2 building operations/automation systems with at least 500 control points
7+ years must have authored specifications documents which included current open standards for the systems identified above.
7+ years must have authored and gained endorsement of technology architecture documents for systems including those above.
7+ years with regulatory compliance of transportation sites including open standards and protocols for secure access, automation and control including ISA, IEC, ISO, OPA, ONVIF and specifically ISA/IEC 62443.
