We are hiring Sales Representatives to partner with a world-renowned professional services company. In this role, you will empower small and medium-sized businesses to thrive by optimizing their digital marketing and technology operations. Location: St. Catharines / Niagara Region (On-site)
Position Type: Full-Time, 12-Month temporary role
Compensation: $20.43/hour + $1,000 Sign-On bonus
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM EST (No weekends!)

Responsibilities
- Consultative Sales & Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to engage directly with B2B decision-makers.
- Campaign Optimization: Analyze active digital advertising campaigns, maximize client budgets, and provide tailored recommendations to increase their ROI.
- Portfolio Growth: Manage a portfolio of high-spending advertisers, identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to drive revenue.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, research competitors, and master social media advertising solutions to deliver expert advice.
- Client Care: Professionally triage support issues, build long-term relationships, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of sales experience (outbound sales, ad sales, digital marketing, relationship sales, or BPO experience is highly preferred).
- Professional Background: Minimum of 3 years of total professional work experience.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Key Skills: Strong baseline knowledge of digital marketing principles, advanced multitasking/computer proficiency, and exceptional professional writing skills.
- Mindset: Highly motivated, detail-oriented, adaptable to fast-paced tech updates, and a natural problem solver.
