Job description
seeking a highly organized and customer-focused temporary team member to support the implementation of a new member service initiative. This role will play a key part in delivering a seamless transition experience for members through system onboarding, education, and in-person support.
This is a confidential, project-based position requiring professionalism, discretion, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Training & System Onboarding (April):
• Participate in internal training on a new member service platform
• Learn system functionality to confidently support member questions
• Assist with preparation of member-facing materials and internal processes
Member Support & Program Launch (May – July):
• Provide front-line support to members (in-person, phone, and email)
• Guide members through account setup and system onboarding
• Deliver basic demonstrations and walk-throughs of the new system
• Support distribution and exchange of equipment at the Association office
• Troubleshoot common issues and escalate more complex inquiries as needed
Administrative Support:
• Track member interactions and program progress
• Maintain accurate records of equipment distribution and returns
• Support the team with coordination and scheduling as required
Ideal Candidate:
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable learning and explaining new technology
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Able to manage high-volume interactions with professionalism and patience
• Demonstrates discretion and ability to handle confidential information
• Previous experience in administrative, customer service, or training roles is an asset

• Quick learner with the ability to translate information into simple instructions
Additional Notes:
• This role will be primarily in-office and member-facing during the program launch period
