Reporting to the Senior Manager, Revenue Optimization, you’ll combine financial analysis, market intelligence, data, and commercial judgment to help the business make better and faster decisions.

This is a highly analytical role with meaningful exposure to senior leadership.

In addition to supporting day-to-day pricing and supply activities, you’ll contribute to strategic initiatives, market research, corporate development, and projects that help shape a growing national organization.

This opportunity is well suited to someone who is naturally curious, enjoys solving complex problems, and can turn large or ambiguous data sets into clear insights and practical recommendations.

You’ll have the opportunity to work with tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, AI-enabled technologies, and potentially GIS to build better ways of understanding and improving our business.

What You’ll Do Supply, Cost & Market Intelligence Monitor propane supply costs, including rack, terminal, contract, transportation, exchange, storage, and other costs to determine true landed cost by region.

Track wholesale commodity markets and provide clear summaries of market movements and their business implications.

Support commodity hedging activities, including position and exposure tracking, settlement reporting, and analysis of hedge performance against physical supply costs.

Help identify risks and opportunities related to market movements, supply costs, and pricing.

Analytics & Reporting Produce margin, variance, trend, and other commercial reporting for leadership.

Support budgeting and forecasting through analysis of supply costs and other key assumptions.

Maintain and improve dashboards that provide visibility into supply economics and business performance.

Analyze territory, route, and delivery density to identify opportunities to improve service economics.

Evaluate markets and prospective acquisition targets using regional, demographic, competitive, and other relevant data.

Strategy & Executive Support Prepare presentations, briefing materials, analytical reports, and recommendations for senior leadership.

Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to support strategic decision-making.

Support corporate development initiatives, including acquisition target screening, due diligence, and post-close tracking.

Break down ambiguous business problems, determine the analysis required, and develop clear, defensible conclusions.

Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Supply, Finance, Sales, and branch operations to connect pricing and supply economics with field execution.

Communicate pricing and supply changes clearly and ensure stakeholders understand their implications.

Build strong working relationships across the organization and develop a deep understanding of how different areas of the business impact profitability.

Controls & Continuous Improvement Maintain data integrity across pricing and analytical systems.

Support audits and contract compliance.

Identify and implement opportunities to improve the speed, accuracy, and effectiveness of pricing and analytical processes.

What Success Looks Like Leadership has timely, accurate, and actionable information to make commercial decisions.

Pricing and supply decisions are supported by sound analysis and a clear understanding of market conditions.

Analytical tools and reporting continue to become faster, more automated, and more useful.

Complex business questions are translated into practical, defensible recommendations.

You become a trusted analytical partner to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

What You Bring Post-secondary education in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or another quantitative discipline.

• 0–5 years of relevant experience; recent graduates with strong quantitative training are encouraged to apply.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with advanced Excel capabilities and experience working with large data sets.

Familiarity with SQL, Python, AI tools, or other analytical technologies; experience with ERP, pricing, or GIS systems is an asset.

Strong financial and commercial acumen, including an understanding of margin, cost structures, and unit economics.

A curious, creative, and structured approach to problem-solving, with the ability to turn ambiguous questions and complex data into practical recommendations.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain analysis and confidently present to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

A high degree of initiative, accountability, organization, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Please note, this role is in office 5 days per week.
