About The Opportunity

Position Summary

This position involves driving a powered industrial truck equipped with a forklift, to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move products, equipment, or materials in a warehouse or factory.

The following duties are normal for this position. The incumbent may perform some or all of these duties; however, it is not an exclusive or all-inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads skids / pallets on / off trailers and transports to various areas within the plant.
• Places and removes skids from assigned bunks in a safe manner.
• Ensures counts are accurate on materials being received and shipped.
• Wraps and straps completed skids from the production line.
• May be required to work on the production assembly line.
• Exercises care for the safety of personnel, property, and materials at all times.
• Enters data into company systems as directed.
• Completes daily maintenance check on the equipment and reports issues / problems to Manager.
• Cleans up work area at the end of the shift as directed.
• Ensures and supports to make sure Food safety, Quality, HACCP, and GMP are always followed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
