We are proud of our work and commitment to create one of the leading workforce, products and services in the Aviation industry.Reporting The Customer Service Representative reports directly to the Director of Avionics.Core CompetenciesCommunication SkillsPositive AttitudeProblem-Solving SkillsProfessionalism Team PlayerOrganizationKey Performance Indicators / Duties & ResponsibilitiesCustomer service: co-ordinate service calls when needed / respond to any administrative requests by customer.Produce a weekly report of all outstanding work filtered by tech for both the Instrument and Service shop.Email or fax all quotes to customers for approval.Review past due quotes and contact customers regarding getting the work approved.Oversee the service desk.Work with customers to resolve any issues brought forth.Receive credit card payments from COD walk in customers.Look after exchanges needed by customer.Send out customer reports.Follow up on parts needed to complete the job.QualificationsMinimum High School Diploma, or equivalent.Strong customer service skillsputer Literate; strong MS Office skillsmunication – both verbal and written English language.Basic knowledge of Quantum.ExperienceMinimum three years in office administration role.1-2 years of customer service experience.Our recruitment commitments:We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.Depending on qualifications, selected candidates may be offered a role at a more appropriate level.Avmax Group offers a competitive compensation package including an optimal benefits plan and pension plan.Avmax Group Inc. is dedicated to, and prides itself on being an equal opportunity employer.
