Weins Auto Group is looking for a General Maintenance Person at WEINS Corporate. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who will have a wide range of maintenance experience and a varying skillset. This position is an integral role at Weins Auto Group and is responsible for undertaking the general maintenance tasks including but not limited to plumbing electrical HVAC basic carpentry installations painting and performing other basic repairs. Responsibilities

• Perform basic repairs (e.g. wall damage broken windows)
• Complete general maintenance work
• Move heavy furniture appliances and equipment
• Assist trades with electrical plumbing and HVAC repair work
• Clean windows gutters pavement and other exterior surfaces
• Paint surfaces and apply stain as needed
• Take on other installation repair and maintenance duties as needed and legally permitted
• Follow workplace health and safety rules
• Load and unload tools and equipment from work vehicles
• Coordinate service with customers and handle complaints professionally
• Accurately log billable hours
• Good sense of direction and ability to use maps or smartphone apps to find new job sites
