MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking a Project Manager to join our client, an established and rapidly growing Alberta-based General Contractor. You will be leading a $50M landmark mixed-use development project in St. Albert, including 116 residential units and 25,000 sq ft of commercial white-box space,

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of project delivery from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, tendering, and cost control
• Manage subcontractors, consultants, and construction teams on site
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Ensure quality, safety, and contract compliance throughout the project lifecycle
• Contribute to business development and uphold company brand standards
• Mentor Project Coordinators and support team development

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience within a General Contractor environment
• Proven experience delivering ICI and mixed-use projects (not purely multifamily)
• Full project lifecycle exposure from preconstruction to turnover
• Concrete construction experience preferred
• Demonstrated tenure and loyalty in previous roles
• CET preferred; P.Eng considered an asset
• REVIT experience considered an asset
• Experience in both public and private sector projects is beneficial
