Analyze and optimize benefits plans – Conduct experience reporting, budget projections, and plan performance reviews. Shape the future of benefits – Contribute to the design and management of group medical, dental, life, disability, and special risk benefits. Provide expert guidance – Conduct market analyses, compare costs, and make strategic recommendations. Ensure seamless execution – Assist with carrier / product implementations and review benefit booklets and contracts for accuracy. Be a trusted partner – Build strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams to drive success.What You Bring to the Team : 5+ years of experience in group benefits with a deep understanding of the Canadian benefits landscape. Financial acumen – Strong analytical skills and experience in benefits underwriting and financial reporting. Tech-savvy mindset – Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Attention to detail – Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
