Experienced Baker - Mix loaf, cookies, sponge & Cakes Experienced baker with strong knowledge of bakery production, specializing in mixing and preparing a wide range of products including loaves, cookies, sponge, cakes and various cake products.
Skilled in following recipes, scaling ingredients accurately, operating commercial bakery equipment, and maintaining consistent product quality and appearance. Experienced in working in a high - volume production environment while following food safety, sanitation, quality control, and production standard.
Able to manage multiple products and production schedule efficiently, troubleshoot basic production issues, and work effectively both independently and as part of a bakery team.
