Job Title: Production Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated AM Shift Production Assembler to join our team in manufacturing medical devices. This role involves working collaboratively on a fast-paced production line, with opportunities to rotate through various stations and tasks.

Work Environment

Work in a clean, diverse, and collaborative environment with a casual dress code. The team values hard work and embraces all backgrounds. Note that cosmetics and jewelry are not permitted in the cleanroom, and there are restrictions on eating, drinking, and phone use on the production line. The shift runs from 7 AM to 3:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team to complete production orders efficiently.
• Complete training on 13 stations over a 2-3 month period.
• Follow written English instructions to assemble units using small hand tools.
• Collaborate with team members and occasionally work independently.
• Maintain a steady pace to avoid bottlenecks in the production line.
• Work in a cleanroom environment as needed, labeling products, sealing packaging, and performing other tasks.
• Stand throughout the entire shift while working in the cleanroom.

Essential Skills

• Possess a valid visa for 2 years from the date of hire.
• Have at least 1 year of recent experience in a similar assembly environment.
• Proficient in using basic hand tools such as crimpers, screwdrivers, and tweezers.
• Capable of working with small parts and pieces during assembly.
• Able to stand for the entire shift and lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.
• Basic computer skills and good English communication skills, both verbal and reading.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in soldering and PCB assembly in regulated environments.
• Ability to read and interpret soldering instructions and match numbers to wires.
• A positive attitude, quick learning ability, and attention to detail.

The pay range for this position is $19.71 - $19.71/hr.
