Integration Service Technician I
Pay $21.00 to $25.00 / Hrly
Hours 6 : 30am to 4 : 00pm
Job Purpose :
Responsible for assembling, installing, and configuring hardware and software components. Performs diagnostic testing on configured or assembled computers and related products. Troubleshoots issues encountered during operations using internal technical support resources.
Responsibilities :
Install, configure, test, and diagnose hardware and software on computers and related equipment.
Assemble computer systems and related products following established work instructions.
Refurbish products, including repacking, reimaging, disassembling, reassembling, and cleaning.
Perform rework on assemblies or systems based on test results.
Test and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, monitors, and computer accessories; may assist with basic bench repairs (PCs, laptops, LCD monitors) – site-specific.
Assist in developing test specifications from written requirements, procedures, blueprints, drawings, and diagrams – site-specific.
Log and track orders accurately using established procedures; assist with customer technical support when required.
Troubleshoot configuration issues during setup.
Complete ISO awareness training and training on new software and hardware releases.
Document and follow ISO processes and procedures.
Provide product specifications, configuration details, and service offerings to internal associates and TD Synnex customers as needed.
Prepare technical reports when required.
Perform material handling duties and ensure accurate record keeping.
Maintain a professional, clean, and safe work environment.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Meet attendance and accountability standards.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience :
Experience : Entry-level (0–1 year of relevant work experience)
Education : High school diploma required
Certifications : A+, Server+, and relevant OEM certifications (HPI, Lenovo, Microsoft, Cisco)
Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to drive tasks to completion.
Will work constructively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Demonstrate sensitivity to the needs and concerns of others.
Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs.
Basic proficiency in computer systems and applications.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
Working Conditions :
Distribution center environment may include (but not limited to) : exposure to extreme temperatures; high noise levels; high places; wet and / or humid conditions; outside weather conditions.
Clean room environment requiring ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection.
Consistent non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.

Objectif du poste
Responsable de l’assemblage, de l’installation et de la configuration des composants matériels et logiciels. Effectue des tests diagnostiques sur les ordinateurs et produits connexes configurés ou assemblés. Responsabilités
- Installer, configurer, tester et diagnostiquer le matériel et les logiciels sur les ordinateurs et l’équipement connexe.
- Assembler les systèmes informatiques et les produits connexes conformément aux instructions de travail établies.
- Remettre à neuf les produits, y compris le réemballage, la réimagerie, le démontage, le remontage et le nettoyage.
- Effectuer des reprises sur les assemblages ou systèmes en fonction des résultats des tests.
- Tester et dépanner les ordinateurs de bureau, portables, moniteurs et accessoires informatiques; peut aider aux réparations de base en atelier (PC, portables, moniteurs LCD) – spécifique au site.
- Contribuer à l’élaboration des spécifications de test à partir des exigences écrites, procédures, plans, dessins et schémas – spécifique au site.
- Consigner et suivre les commandes avec exactitude selon les procédures établies; fournir un soutien technique aux clients au besoin.
- Résoudre les problèmes de configuration lors de la mise en place.
- Suivre la formation continue sur la norme ISO et sur les nouvelles versions de logiciels et de matériels.
- Documenter et appliquer les processus et procédures ISO.
- Fournir les spécifications des produits, les détails de configuration et les offres de services aux collègues internes et aux clients de TD Synnex au besoin.
- Préparer des rapports techniques lorsque requis.
- Effectuer des tâches de manutention et assurer la tenue de dossiers.
- Maintenir un environnement de travail professionnel, propre et sécuritaire.
- Exécuter toute autre tâche assignée.
- Respecter les normes de présence et de responsabilité.
