Job Title : FX Application Production Support

Job Summary :

Seeking an FX-App Support Tech Lead Analyst to manage and maintain critical production applications for Foreign Exchange (FX) and Fixed Income (FI) trading operations. This role involves incident handling, stability initiatives, and collaboration with global business and technology teams to enhance system performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee incident management, problem resolution, and system stability improvements.
Ensure high availability through enhanced monitoring, failover, and resiliency measures.
Partner with technology and business teams to implement system enhancements and risk mitigation strategies.
Provide expertise in application support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Collaborate with senior business heads and development teams to align technology solutions with business needs.
Guide and mentor junior analysts, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications & Skills :

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Experience in UNIX (AIX / Linux) environments and databases (Oracle, Microsoft SQL).

Knowledge of Geneos ITRS monitoring (preferred).
