Structure: Contract 12 months to start
Pay: $95.00 - $110.00 p/h inc. + HST

​​​​​​​Key Deliverables

• End-to-End AI Systems: Design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI solutions, including conversational apps, intelligent search, and multi-step agent-based systems.
• Robust Data Pipelines: Build and maintain pipelines that process structured and unstructured data (documents, images, text) ensuring high data quality and traceability.
• MLOps Lifecycle Management: Implement machine learning operations for version control, automated deployment, and continuous monitoring to ensure system reliability and safety.
• Technical Governance & Documentation: Produce clear technical documentation and perform ethical assessments to ensure solutions are fair, explainable, and aligned with business intent.

Experience Required

• Advanced AI/ML Implementation: Proven expertise in building systems using Large Language Models (LLMs), predictive modeling, and document intelligence techniques.
• Python & Software Engineering: Strong Python programming skills with a foundation in modern software practices like GitHub version control, peer reviews, and testing.
• Cloud & Data Platforms: Extensive experience deploying AI solutions in cloud environments (Azure preferred) and using enterprise platforms like Databricks.
• Data Engineering: Demonstrated ability to transform complex, unstructured data into formats suitable for large-scale analytical and modeling purposes.
• Full-Cycle Delivery: A track record of taking AI concepts from the initial design phase through to production deployment and ongoing maintenance.
