Job Description:

Naplesjetcenter is seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal & Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the executive team and other staff members

- Manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, and make travel arrangements

- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails

- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations

- Maintain and update company databases and filing systems

- Assist with HR tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records

- Coordinate and plan company events and meetings

- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

- Perform other duties as assigned by the executive team

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

- 2+ years of experience as a Personal or Admin Assistant

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

- Discreet and able to maintain confidentiality

- Previous experience in the aviation industry is a plus
