Location: Ancaster Meadow; 93 Kitty Murray Lane, Ancaster, ON L9K 1S3 Schedule: Monday to Friday between 7:00am to 6:00pm shifts Pay Rate (includes wage grants): RECE: $27.36 per hour Non-RECE: $22.70 per hour Why Work with Us?

Flexible hours depending on your availability as a Supply Educator Multiple locations available across the Hamilton area A positive, collaborative, and dynamic work environment with highly skilled and passionate professionals.

Who We’re Looking For Experience: Minimum 1-year experience working directly with children, OR related experience in a childcare setting, working with school-age children is preferred but not required Education: Diploma in a field related to childcare such as Early Childhood Education is an advantage A Diploma in Child & Youth Worker, Child and Youth Care, OCT, Education Assistant, Social Worker, or Recreation & Leisure may also be considered.

Certifications: Member in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators (ECEs) is preferred but not required Standard First Aid with CPR Level C Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Police Check Up-to-date immunization for TB, Tetanus, and MMR Skills: Knowledge of the Ministry of Education’s How Does Learning Happen framework is an asset.

Characteristics: Willingness to work in an on-call capacity with flexible scheduling Availability to work a minimum of 3 days per week, Monday to Friday, within the 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM time frame.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, flexible environment with minimal supervision Flexibility and adaptability to be assigned in multiple locations, with minimal supervision.
