The successful candidate will be responsible for curriculum design, faculty engagement, student success, and research initiatives, all while upholding the highest standards of academic governance and quality assurance. This position is pivotal in fostering collaboration, cultivating external partnerships, and championing innovative initiatives that enhance student outcomes and community engagement. The Chair will also lead in academic administration, mentoring program leaders, faculty, and students, and promoting a culture of academic rigor, inclusivity, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate for the Chair position at the company will have a terminal degree in education or educational leadership, with a research focus in education, and current/active teaching certification in a Canadian province or territory.
