Sr Marketing Automation Specialist

As the Senior Marketing Automation Specialist, you will understand the business needs, layer in the capabilities of Pardot (and other tools), and suggest / build solutions to meet project objectives.

This includes planning and applying technical expertise to support the Marketing / Sales teams with daily activities like lead collection, lead routing, lead nurturing, platform maintenance, solutions management, and custom integrations into Sales Cloud / supported technologies.

You will also contribute to the roadmap to maximize the capabilities of the Marketing Automation, integrations of new technologies or partners, implementing enhancements or new features, and managing platform limits.

Location : You will be based in our Toronto, ON office and will work in a Hybrid work model.

Reporting Relationship : You will report to the Manager, Marketing Technology.

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do

• Solution Development : Work with internal stakeholders to develop solutions to meet project needs. This includes lead capture solutions, data enrichment solutions, lead / prospect nurture programs, and reporting capabilities
• Platform Growth : Lead the Pardot platform to find more ways to extract more value from our technology spend.
• Optimization : Own all existing solutions and modify them for KPI improvement, efficiency, or business alignment purposes.

This can be through leveraging new features, new partners, or realignment to business values.

Integration : Ensure that the team is maximizing lead / opportunity generation and maximizing transparency with the sales teams.

This can include things like improving the sync of data between platforms, or looking for other connectors to add additional value

• Platform hygiene : Maintain all existing assets, while tracking contractual limits to see if we need to add features to our contracts with our vendors.
• Subject Matter Expert : Become the resident SME for all things Marketing Automation related, including Pardot features and capabilities, Salesforce Connectors, tracking / reporting, Automations, Salesforce Engage, best practices

Your Moneris Career - What you bring

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing, Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent digital marketing experience is required.
• 2-5 years experience in Pardot (or similar platform), including Engagement Studio, Form / Landing Page builders, Salesforce Connector, and a strong understanding of Segment Builder and list creation capabilities.
• Understanding of CRM functionality is required, Salesforce Sales Cloud experience is an asset.
• Knowledgeable about the evolving ecosystem of marketing technologies and implications for the organization
• Understanding of data, access to it and how data plays an important role in Marketing automation.
