Overview : The Brand Manager will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the brand strategy for our home services company.

Key Responsibilities : Brand Strategy Development : Collaborate with leadership to define and implement the brand strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Conduct market research to identify customer insights and trends that inform brand positioning. Marketing Campaigns : Plan, execute, and analyze integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content that resonates with target audiences. Brand Messaging : Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, maintaining a cohesive voice and identity.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines to uphold brand integrity in all communications. Customer Engagement : Create and implement initiatives to enhance customer experience and brand loyalty.
Monitor customer feedback and engagement metrics to inform adjustments to marketing strategies. Performance Analysis : Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand awareness and engagement.
Analyze campaign performance data to drive continuous improvement and optimize marketing efforts. Collaboration and Leadership : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and customer service, to ensure brand alignment.
Lead brand training sessions for internal teams to promote a deep understanding of brand values and messaging. Budget Management : Assist in the management of the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Monitor spending and performance against budget, making adjustments as necessary. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within the home services or related industries. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and analytics.
