We are seeking a Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting sales-related activities, and providing exceptional service to our clients.
This role requires a deep understanding of wealth management markets, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering superior client experiences.
Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Develop a thorough understanding of clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews with clients to assess performance, discuss investment strategy, and identify opportunities for portfolio optimization
- Collaborate with our investment team to develop and implement tailored investment strategies for clients
- Conduct sales-related activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and client presentations
- Keep abreast of market trends and developments in the cryptocurrency space
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting our services and increasing brand visibility
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote our services and build relationships with potential clients
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Provide feedback to senior management on market trends, client preferences, and opportunities for innovation
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in client relationship management, sales, or a similar role in the financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency markets and investment products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin is a mandatory requirement
