Description
As a Senior Analyst, Digital Marketing Optimization & Insights, you will support the development of digital marketing campaign reporting and all aspects of the digital experiencefor Global Wealth and Asset Management.
Gather and analyze data from a variety of sources, including Domo, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Decibel; report on campaign performance and digital experiences;
and trainmarketing business stakeholders to use reporting tools. Working closely with the Manager of Digital Marketing Optimization & Insights, you will serve as a lead or support team member depending on the initiative.
Responsibilities :
Build dashboards and analyze web performance for business users across business lines, financial products, and geographies
Clearly communicate campaign outcomes and recommendations to marketing teams and other business partners
Provide training on analytic concepts and tools and assist and guide stakeholders in their reporting duties
Promptly respond to daily ad hoc reporting requests and questions
Maintain and improve campaign tracking processes to enable clear analysis and tie campaigns to business goals
Analyze data to deliver UI / UX insights on various digital touchpoints
Manage internal relationships across functional areas and geographic segments
Stay up to date on web analytic tools and trends
Maintain and create documentation for analytic terms, tools, measurement plans, and processes
Translate business users’ reporting needs to technical requirements to deploy new analytic implementations and campaign tracking functionality
Job Requirements :
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative / technical field or 5+ years work experience in a quantitative field
Demonstrated technical proficiency (i.e., use of software tools, coding experience, Excel, etc.)
Experience with web analytic and BI data visualization tools (Domo, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.)
Ability to work under deadlines
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills

The annual base salary for this role is listed below.
Primary Location
Toronto, Ontario
Salary range is expected to be between
$70,350.00 CAD - $117,250.00 CAD
