Data Analyst – Talent Insights Analytics & Digital Transformation

Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for a Data Analyst – Talent Insights Analytics & Digital Transformation for a 6-month contract located in Ontario. This is an excellent opportunity for a Data Analyst with a financial services background.

As Data Analyst - Talent Insights Analytics & Digital Transformation your duties will include but not be limited to :

Leveraging analytics to identify talent acquisition trends and present findings to leadership

Leading the design, implementation and management of new and innovative analytics and reporting solutions

Supporting and consulting for technical implementation, including performing configuration and user acceptance testing for product owners

Qualifications required for the Data Analyst - Talent Insights Analytics & Digital Transformation include :

3+ years of data and analytics experience

Experience within recruitment and talent acquisition

Knowledge of talent acquisition space, LinkedIn Talent Insights and Talent Acquisition tools (ATS, CRM) an asset
