Title : Marketing Manager
Location : Toronto, Canada (preferred local)
Responsibilities :
- Help develop seller success playbooks to leverage advertising solutions and improve seller performance.
- Conduct ongoing A / B tests to optimize impressions and conversion rates
- Identify opportunities to drive top-line revenue growth and customer awareness across our existing portfolio of products
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our Product and Product Marketing teams on the rollout (and subsequent measurement / analysis) of campaigns
- Surface relevant data to empower and improve efficiencies within our Marketing, Customer Support, and Product teams
- Work across cross-functional teams to deliver seamless execution across channels and touchpoints. Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills are a must
- Keep up with fast-moving and high-priority changes to processes and best practices, communicating them with cross-functional teams and integrating them into these programs
- Manage and nurture relationships with key internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications :
- 5+ years of relevant work experience that can span marketing, product marketing, product management, or strategy consulting
- At least 3+ years specifically in B2B technology product marketing; ideally Advertising solutions
- SQL, python, tableau & Excel proficient
- Team-oriented approach with the ability to take initiative, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet stakeholder expectations and deadlines across multiple projects
- Ability to interact and communicate across a variety of stakeholder groups (technical subject matter experts to business owners), with the ability to present complex information in an easily understandable format and tailored to the audience
- Outstanding organization, rigor and attention to detail

- Good energy and drive, ability to work in a fast-paced and pressurized environment
Preferred Qualifications :
- Strong Presentation skills both in person and via technology
- Experience In a Growth / self-serve user role or working closely with Growth teams
- Experience in e-commerce or B2B marketing
- Experience working on marketing or growth throughout a product’s lifecycle
