Senior Strategist

If you're curious, empathetic and collaborative, you have the makings of the next great T&PGroupm strategist, and we'd love to talk to you about the Senior Strategist role we currently have open.

We're looking for someone with 5+ years of strategy experience and a proven track record of transformational, modern marketing work that has grown clients' business.

That experience could be at an ad agency, or it could be in any number of related fields. At T&PGroupm we believe the best strategists are very hard to fit into a box (literally and figuratively), so we look for diverse backgrounds and unique experiences that can be expressed through these types of skills :

  • Have a solid understanding of agency and creative processes - and how strategy fits into it.
  • Excellent ability to work with client, account, and strategy teams to understand client goals and develop strategies that deliver the best possible results.
  • Solid presentation skills, you must be an effective communicator to present strategic and tactical plans to clients and internal teams.
  • Strong creative strategy skill sets, including writing well-thought through and inspiring briefs, collaborating with creative teams and providing valuable feedback in evaluating concepts
  • Proven application of integrated content strategies and customer journey-building to meet and exceed business targets.
  • Exceptional analytical ability to develop insight from data and plan next steps across channels.
  • The ability to help unlock business insights, enable marketing decisions and drive value for our clients.
  • A strong audience-first mindset, including experience with creating compelling B2B strategies and campaigns that engage customers and drive results.

Experience working with clients in a marketing cloud and SalesForce environment is a strong asset.

  • A strong understanding of the agency creative process, and ability to manage client and internal relationships in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to captivate an audience with a focus on strategic selling.
  • Proficient in multiple business strategy tools, frameworks and methods
