Hi, my name is . I'm Craft’s Senior Vice President, and I’m leading the recruitment process for a new Account Executive to join our team.

At Craft, the Account Executive position falls right between Account Coordinator and Account Manager. As an Account Executive, you will lead the charge on much of our program execution, from writing materials to developing media lists and pitching media to helping coordinate logistics for events.
You could expect to work on 3-5 clients in the Craft roster, always as part of fulsome account teams.
The Opportunity
- Coordinating the execution of projects and programs as part of an account team.
- Developing media and influencer lists and working with both groups on behalf of our clients.
- Managing the logistics of mailers and media kits.
- Supporting on the development and execution of breakthrough events for media and influencers.
- Developing materials including, but not limited to, media materials, project plans and coverage reports.
- Helping to ideate creative and award-winning ideas.
Requirements :
- You have experience in public relations or communications; agency experience is a plus.
- You are high-energy and action-oriented, and bring a positive mindset to work every day.
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit and can think quickly and work quickly.
- You aren’t afraid to jump in as needed on any tasks - from packing mailers to writing plans.
- You act with empathy, actively supporting the people you work with - as humans, and as colleagues.
- You’re relentlessly curious about the world around you.
- You are passionate about all facets of consumer brand storytelling and are interested in helping make news about everything from apple sauce to appliances.

Interviewing at Craft Public Relations
- Phone screen with Agnes Tseng (Lead, HR & Talent) from Bloom
- First round interview with (Account Director) and (Account Manager) This 60-min interview will take place virtually.
- Complete our Craft Assignment Second round interview with (Account Director) and (Senior Vice President). This 60-minute interview will also include a quick meet-and-greet with Craft’s Founder and President, Lisa Pasquin.
These interviews will take place in-person at the Craft offices at 507 King Street East in Toronto.

Salary & Benefits
Account Executive Salary Range : $57,500 - $70,000 CAD per year
